Terms and Conditions for your participation in the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON as part of the RUN FOR CHILDREN Team organised by Children for a better World e.V.

•  All participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of the race.

• By registering, participants confirm that they meet the health requirements for participation.

• Participants must start in person and the personally allocated race number must not be transferred.

• If you are unable to start, you have the option of providing a replacement until the final registration deadline of the marathon organiser. We can also try to do so but cannot guarantee it. In any case inform us promptly if you can’t run.

• Please note that we can’t refund your donation. However, in case of a successful replacement before the registration deadline, you can transfer your starting place to the next year. In this case, a handling fee of 300 euros will be charged which corresponds to our actual expenses.

• The race time is measured by means of a timing transponder integrated in your race number. Participation without or with a timing transponder not approved by SCC EVENTS is not permitted.
